Lack of proper utilization rules and unbalanced demands versus available water has led to many problems regarding to ineffective use of the water resources. Precipitation and flow rate are stochastic phenomena. Therefore, multi-step processes related to the water use efficiency should be considered during the decision-making systems. The aim of this study was to optimize the maximum allowable release from Gheshlagh dam reservoir using linear and dynamic programming models in a one-year time scale. Therefore, Linear and dynamic programming models were applied in Gheshlagh dam reservoir, which supplies the drinking water of the Sanandaj city. Results indicated that the two-parametric log-Normal model appreciably describes monthly water stream flows entering to the reservoir. Thus, this model was applied to compute the stream flow rates with 95, 90, 80, 70, and 50 percent probabilities in each month. There was a good consistency between the drought periods estimated from precipitation data and stream flow rates and 51 months drought period was used in modeling procedure. The results of the maximum allowable release and storage optimization showed that the linear programming model is superior to dynamic modeling approach.    }, keywords = {Linear programming (LP),Dynamic programming (DP),Reservoir operation,Optimum release}, title_fa = {مدل ‏های بهینه‏ سازی برداشت مطمئن از مخزن سد قشلاق برمبنای شرایط‌ عدم قطعیت هیدرولوژیکی}, abstract_fa = {برای نیازهای شرب، کشاورزی و صنعت در بیشتر شهرهای ایران از مخازن سدهای در حال بهره‏برداری استفاده می‏شود که به‌دلیل فقدان قانون بهره‏برداری مناسب و یا ‌متوازن‌نبودن میزان تقاضا و حجم مخزن، استفادۀ مؤثر از آب ذخیره‌شده در مخازن صورت نمی‏گیرد. جریان‏های آب طبیعی از پدیده‏های تصادفی است و تصمیم‏گیری در رابطه با ذخیره و مصرف آن‏ها باید در فرایندهای چندمرحله‏ای و با در نظر گرفتن عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش راندمان مصرف، تحلیل شوند. در این پژوهش میزان ذخیره‏سازی و همچنین بیشینۀ برداشت مطمئن از سد قشلاق واقع در استان کردستان با استفاده از مدل‏های برنامه‌ریزی خطی و پویا و برای دورۀ کوتاه یک‌ساله تعیین شد. این مدل‏ها با هدف بهینه‏سازی عملکرد ماهانۀ سد قشلاق که تأمین‌کنندۀ آب شرب شهر سنندج است، اجرا شدند. نتایج نشان داد که توزیع لاگ‏نرمال دو‌پارامتری با کمترین خطا می‏تواند توزیع مقادیر جریان‏های ماهانۀ ورودی به مخزن را توصیف کند که براساس این مدل مقادیر جریان‏های ورودی به مخزن با احتمال وقوع 95، 90، 80، 70 و 50 درصد در هر ماه محاسبه شد. دوره‏های خشک‌سالی به‌دست‌آمده از داده‏های بارش و نیز داده‏های جریان ورودی به سد با یکدیگر مطابقت داشت و دورۀ بحرانی 51‌ ماهۀ خشک‌سالی برای مدل‏سازی انتخاب شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از بهینه‏سازی بیشینۀ برداشت و همچنین ذخیرۀ مخزن نشان داد که مقادیر به‌دست‌آمده از برنامه‏ریزی خطی در مقایسه با برنامه‏ریزی پویا تطابق بیشتری با واقعیت دارد.    }, keywords_fa = {برداشت بهینه,برنامه ‏ریزی خطی,برنامه ‏ریزی پویا,عملکرد مخزن}, url = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_59195.html}, eprint = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_59195_4851dc2677d3f1dc88ee232e9ed99467.pdf} }
