Sometimes the drought damages are irreparable. Groundwater drought is one of the most important droughts caused by insufficient groundwater recharge. This study aims to evaluate the effect of drought on groundwater resources of  Dayyer-Abdan district, south of Boushehr province. Data and information such as rainfall, groundwater level, well discharge rates and groundwater quality data were used for this purpose. The Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and Groundwater Resource Index (GRI) were used to assess the drought situation. A new index called Hydrogeological Drought Management Index (HDMI) is introduced in this research. The HDMI index is a combination of Groundwater Resource Index (GRI), the Modified Standardized Electrical Conductivity Index (MSECI) and Standardized Well Discharge Index (SWDI). Based on the obtained results, average of GRI index is less than -1, indicating a moderate groundwater drought. Groundwater drought also has destroyed the groundwater quality. From the groundwater quality view point (MSECI index), the most critical zone of the aquifer is located in the southern part of the study area. From the aquifer potential view point (SWDI index), the most suitable groundwater zone is in the northern parts of the study area.  The southern parts of the Dayyer-Abdan district (adjacent to the Persian Gulf) have the lowest amounts of HDMI index (less than -4). So  exploitation of groundwater is not recommended in these areas.}, keywords = {Groundwater,Drought,hydrogeological drought management index (HDMI),Dayyer-Abdan district}, title_fa = {شاخص مدیریت خشکسالی هیدروژئولوژیکی (HDMI) به عنوان روشی برای مدیریت منابع آب زیرزمینی در شرایط خشکسالی ، مطالعه موردی: دشت دیر- آبدان، استان بوشهر}, abstract_fa = {پدیدۀ خشکسالی آثار منفی بزرگی بر منابع آب و محیط‏های وابسته به آن می‏گذارد و در برخی سال‏ها خسار‌ت‌های جبران‌ناپذیری را سبب می‏‌شود. یکی از انواع مهم این پدیده، خشکسالی آب زیرزمینی است که بر اثر تغذیۀ ناکافی آبخوان‏ها به‌وجود می‏آید. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر خشکسالی و مدیریت منابع آب زیرزمینی دشت دیر‌ـ آبدان در استان بوشهر است. برای این کار از آمار و داده‏هایی مانند بارندگی، تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی، نتایج آنالیز شیمیایی چاه‏های پایش کیفی و دبی چاه‏های بهره‏برداری استفاده شده است. وضعیت خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخص بارش استاندارد (SPI) و شاخص‏ منبع آب زیرزمینی (GRI) بررسی شده است. در این تحقیق شاخص جدیدی به نام شاخص مدیریت خشکسالی هیدروژئولوژیکی (HDMI) معرفی شده است. این شاخص ترکیبی از شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی (GRI)، شاخص اصلاح‌شدۀ هدایت الکتریکی (MSECI) و شاخص استاندارد‌شدۀ دبی چاه‏های بهره‏برداری (SWDI) است. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده میانگین شاخص خشکسالی آب زیرزمینی کمتر از 1- است. این موضوع نشان‏دهندۀ خشکسالی آب زیرزمینی با شدت متوسط است. این خشکسالی سبب تخریب کیفیت آب زیرزمینی نیز شده است. با توجه به شاخص MSECI، بحرانی‏ترین بخش آبخوان مناطق جنوبی آن است. از دیدگاه پتانسیل کمی آبخوان (شاخص SWDI) نیز مناسب‏ترین بخش آبخوان مناطق شمالی آن است. بر اساس میزان شاخص مدیریت خشکسالی هیدروژئولوژیکی، کمترین میزان شاخص HDMI (کمتر از 4-) در بخش جنوبی محدودۀ دیر‌ـ آبدان و در مجاورت خلیج فارس دیده می‏شود، بنابراین بهره‏برداری از آبخوان در این مناطق توصیه نمی‏شود.  }, keywords_fa = {آب زیرزمینی,خشکسالی,شاخص مدیریت خشکسالی هیدروژئولوژیکی (HDMI),محدودۀ دیر‌ـ آبدان}, url = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_62506.html}, eprint = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_62506_c12266562f80793915d316ffd8c7aebb.pdf} }
