The study of particle swarm algorithm or PSO algorithm were used for determination of the location and number of network observation wells. The first  using the least squares support vector machine model and input parameters coordinates, evaporation, precipitation last two months, one month before groundwater table  with RBF kernel function was simulated groundwater table. Then the link LSSVM models and PSO model proper location well under two scenarios were determined. In the first scenario was to determine the location of fixed piezometers 42. In the second scenario was considered as a variable number of piezometers. The results of this study showed, Given that our objective function is to minimize the difference between the observed and the simulated, in the first scenario is the least amount of difference in repeat 280 with the objective function 0.9865. The results of the second scenario shows that the number was 28 piezometers Which represents a decrease of 55 percent compared to the initial state is the number of piezometers. In both scenarios, the distribution of points in the southern parts has increased due to the increase in the hydraulic slope and has decreased in the northern parts. In this scenario, the lowest error was repeated 338 with the aim of 0.9145. This optimization at various stages with several stages of trial and error, show the degree of importance and superiority of the latter scenario than the first scenario.}, keywords = {Groundwater Table,monitoring,Particle Swarm Algorithm,Optimization}, title_fa = {کاربرد الگوریتم نوین شبیه‌ساز بهینه‌ساز LSSVM-PSO در طراحی شبکۀ بهینۀ پایش تراز سطح آب زیرزمینی}, abstract_fa = {بهینه‏سازی شبکۀ پایش در منابع آب، یک فرایند تصمیم‏گیری به منظور داشتن بهترین ترکیب برای ایستگاه‏های موجود است. در تحقیق حاضر از الگوریتم بهینه‏سازی ازدحام ذرات PSO به منظور تعیین تعداد و موقعیت بهینۀ چاه‏های مشاهداتی استفاده شده است. ابتدا، با استفاده از مدل حداقل مربعات ماشین بردار پشتیبان و با پارامتر‏های ورودی مختصات جغرافیایی، تبخیر، بارندگی دو ماه قبل، تراز سطح زمین و سطح ایستابی یک ماه قبل با تابع کرنل RBF سطح آب زیرزمینی شبیه‏سازی شد و تعداد 42 چاه‏ مشاهده‏ای بهینه به دست آمد. سپس، با ارتباط مدل LSSVM و مدل PSO موقعیت مناسب چاه‏های مشاهده‏ای تحت دو سناریو تعیین شد. در سناریوی نخست موقعیت تعداد چاه‏های مشاهده‏ای ثابت 42 حلقه تعیین شده و در سناریوی دوم تعداد و موقعیت پیزومترها متغیر در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد با توجه به اینکه تابع هدف کمینه‏سازی اختلاف حد مشاهداتی و حد شبیه‏سازی است، در سناریوی نخست کمترین میزان اختلاف در تکرار 180 با مقدار تابع هدف 9865/0 ارزیابی شد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از سناریوی دوم نشان می‏دهد تعداد چاه‏های مشاهده‏ای برابر 28 حلقه به دست آمد که بیان‌کنندۀ کاهش 55 درصدی تعداد پیزومترها نسبت به حالت اولیه است. در هر دو سناریو پراکندگی نقاط در قسمت‏های جنوبی به علت زیادشدن شیب هیدرولیکی آبخوان بیشتر شده و در قسمت‏های شمالی کمتر است. در این سناریو کمترین میزان خطا در تکرار 338 با تابع هدف 9145/0 به دست آمد. این بهینه‌سازی درجۀ اهمیت و برتری سناریوی دوم را نسبت به سناریوی نخست نشان می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {الگوریتم ازدحام ذرات,بهینه‏سازی,پایش منابع آب,سطح آب زیرزمینی‌}, url = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_69050.html}, eprint = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_69050_baedd6e2c3d730c9b0c5af149dbed9c0.pdf} }
