By examining the relationship between the habitat suitability index and the ecological niche of a species, important findings can be obtained from the functional aspects of ecological niche theory and intra-species competition. In this study, using traditional morphometric data and k-mean clustering, 103 samples of Squalius namak were grouped based on two groups of small and large fish. Then, to calculate the habitat suitability index, a non-parametric smoothing method was used to draw the relationship between each environmental variable and the number of fish in each station. A polynomial equation was then fitted to the data predicted by the smoothes. The ratio of the common area below the plots to the total area was used as the niche overlap. Finally, using linear regression, the relationship between the habitat suitability of each parameter and the amount of niche overlap obtained from the same parameter was investigated for both size groups. The height and slope of the two linear regressions were analyzed using the analysis of covariance. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the height and slope of the two fitted regression lines, indicating the same changes in the habitat suitability index on the niche overlap of small and large river fish. The average of niche overlap of small and large samples was 52%. Therefore, other parameters are likely to be effective in the competition of two different size of S. namak species.}, keywords = {Niche overlap,Habitat suitability index,Intra-species competition,Habitat}, title_fa = {تأثیر اندازه بر رابطۀ بین شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه و همپوشانی آشیان اکولوژیک در ماهی سفید رودخانه‏ای (Squalius namak, Khaefi et al., 2016)، در رودخانۀ جاجرود از حوضۀ دریاچه نمک}, abstract_fa = {با استفاده از شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه می‏توان به ‏طور بالقوه توزیع زیستمندان را در اکوسیستم پیش‏بینی کرد یا به بیان دیگر، همبستگی آن‏ها را با فاکتورهای محیطی نشان داد. با بررسی رابطۀ بین شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه و آشیان اکولوژیک در یک گونه، می‏توان یافته‏های مهمی از جنبه‏های عملکردی تئوری آشیان اکولوژیک و رقابت درون‌گونه‏ای به‏ دست آورد. در این مطالعه، با استفاده از داده‏های ریخت‏سنجی سنتی و خوشه‏بندی k-میانگین، گروه‏بندی 103 نمونه از ماهیان گونۀ ماهی سفید رودخانه‏ای نمک (Squalius namak) بر اساس دو گروه ماهیان کوچک و بزرگ انجام شد. برای محاسبۀ شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه از روش ناپارامتری هموارسازی هسته‏ای به منظور ترسیم رابطه بین هر متغیر محیطی و تعداد ماهیان در هر ایستگاه استفاده شد. سپس، یک معادلۀ چند‌جمله‏ای بر داده‏های پیش‏بینی‌شده توسط هموارها، برازش داده شد. نسبت مساحت مشترک زیر نمودار به مساحت کل به‏ عنوان همپوشانی آشیان اکولوژیک تعیین شد. در نهایت، با رگرسیون خطی رابطۀ بین مقدار شاخص شایستگی هر پارامتر و مقدار همپوشانی‏ آشیان اکولوژیک حاصل از همان پارامتر برای دو گروه بررسی شد. ارتفاع و شیب خط دو رگرسیون خطی با آنالیز کوواریانس بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد اختلاف معنا‏داری در ارتفاع و شیب خط دو رگرسیون برازش داده وجود نداشت که نشان‏دهندۀ اثر تغییرات یکسان شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه بر مقدار همپوشانی آشیان اکولوژیک نمونه‏های کوچک و بزرگ ماهی سفید رودخانه‏ای است. میانگین مقدار همپوشانی آشیان اکولوژیک نمونه‏های کوچک و بزرگ 52 درصد بود. احتمال می‏رود پارامترهای دیگری از نظر ایجاد رقابت مؤثر باشند.}, keywords_fa = {همپوشانی آشیان اکولوژیک,شاخص مطلوبیت زیستگاه,رقابت درون‌گونه‏ ای,زیستگاه}, url = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_90281.html}, eprint = {https://ije.ut.ac.ir/article_90281_3f2994221e08ce8996652f79e8ea644e.pdf} }
