تعیین و اولویتبندی پهنه های مناسب تغذیۀ مصنوعی به روش تاپسیس فازی سلسله مراتبی (مطالعۀ موردی: دشت فتویه استان هرمزگان)
امروزه تخلیۀ آبهای زیرزمینی و جایگزیننشدن آنها، یکی از مشکلات بزرگ محسوب میشود. تغذیۀ مصنوعی آبخوان، یکی از راهحلهای اصلی این بحران است. دشت فتویه در بخش مرکزی شهرستان بستک و در استان هرمزگان قرار گرفته است. هدایت الکتریکی آبهای سطحی در ایستگاه کهورستان واقع در منطقه، در کلیۀ ماههای بررسیشده بسیار نامناسب است، به طوری که این آبها نهتنها برای شرب بلکه برای کشاورزی نیز مناسب نیستند. بنابراین، آبهای زیرزمینی منبع تأمین آب منطقه به شمار میروند. با وجود افت آبهای زیرزمینی نیاز به تغذیۀ مصنوعی آبخوان دشت فتویه احساس میشود. بنابراین، در تحقیق حاضر مناطق مناسب تغذیۀ مصنوعی شناسایی شد. شاخصهای مطرح در این تحقیق شامل نُه پارامتر هیدروژئولوژی و ارتفاعی میشود که هر یک از آنها در قالب نقشه در محیط GIS ارائه شد. در این تحقیق سعی شده است با استفاده از سامانۀ اطلاعات جغرافیایی و روش تاپسیس فازی سلسله مراتبی و تاپسیس فازی تحلیل شبکهای، لایه های اطلاعاتی مختلف ایجاد و تلفیق شوند تا مکانهای مناسب برای اجرای تغذیۀ مصنوعی در دشت فتویه شناسایی و اولویتبندی شوند. نتایج نشان داد مناطق جنوبی دشت پتانسیل زیادی برای تغذیۀ مصنوعی دارند. در عین حال روش تاپسیس فازی تحلیل شبکهای نتایج بهتری را ارائه داد.

بررسی تغییرات زمانی و اثر خشکسالی هواشناسی بر منابع آب زیرزمینی دشت کرمان با استفاده از شاخصهای بارش استاندارد (SPI) و منابع آب زیرزمینی (GRI)
با توجه به اهمیت فراسنجهای اقلیمی، بهویژه بارندگی و تأثیر آن بر منابع آب، این تحقیق با هدف بررسی خشکسالی هواشناسی و تأثیر آن بر منابع آب زیرزمینی دشت کرمان طی دورۀ زمانی 18 ساله (1375ـ 1392) انجام شد و مقادیر شاخص بارش استاندارد در ایستگاه بارانسنجی کرمان و شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی دشت، در مقیاسهای زمانی چندگانه (1، 3، 6، 9، 12، 18، 24 و 48 ماهه) بهدست آمد. نتایج آزمون همبستگی بین شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی و شاخص بارش استاندارد طی دورۀ زمانی مطالعهشده بدون تأخیر زمانی و نیز با تأخیر زمانی یک تا 12 ماهه نشان داد شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی، شش و 18 ماهه با بارش استاندارد، 48 ماهه با ضریب همبستگی 628/0 و 631/0 بدون تأخیر زمانی و شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی، 48 ماهه با شاخص بارش استاندارد همین دوره با تأخیر زمانی شش ماهه ضریب همبستگی 686/0 دارد. بررسی مدل رگرسیونی نشان داد حداکثر 57 درصد تغییرات شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی (48 ماهه) توسط شاخص بارش استاندارد (48 ماهه با تأخیر زمانی ششماهه) قابل تبیین و توجیه است. این مهم به تأثیر سایر عوامل از جمله برداشت بیرویه از منابع آب زیرزمینی بر افت سفرۀ آب زیرزمینی و میزان شاخص منبع آب زیرزمینی مرتبط است. نقشۀ همافت سطح آب زیرزمینی نشاندهندۀ افت سطح آب زیرزمینی در سطح دشت بهطور متوسط 20 متر و بالاآمدگی سطح آب زیرزمینی در محدودۀ شهر کرمان به میزان 14 متر در دورۀ آماری مطالعهشده است.

بررسی کیفیت شیمیایی آب و روند تغییرات پارامترهای کیفی در حوضۀ کشکان
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی روند تغییرات کیفی در رودخانههای حوضۀ کشکان است. فرض بر این است که در درازمدت رودخانهها با عبور از شهرها و منابع آلودگی، بهتدریج کیفیت خود را از بالادست به سمت پاییندست حوضه از دست میدهند. به این منظور روند تغییرات کیفی طولانیمدت در دو سرشاخۀ کشکان (خرمآباد و هرود) ارزیابی شد؛ برای تعیین روندیابی دادهها از آزمون منـ کندال استفاده شد. برای بررسی کیفیت آب با استفاده از نرمافزار AqQA، دیاگرام شولر برای هر ایستگاه استخراج و تحلیل شد. برای بررسی کیفیت آب از نظر کشاورزی اطلاعات مورد نیاز به دیاگرام ویلکاکس منتقل و دستهبندی آب مشخص شد. در همۀ ایستگاهها روند دبی منفی و برای بیشتر شاخصهای کیفی آب روند مثبتی مشاهده شد. نتایج نشان داد در هر دو سرشاخه پارامترهای کیفی آب کاهش یافته است. تغییرات کیفی آب پس از پیوستن دو سرشاخۀ خرمآباد و هرود به یکدیگر، در ایستگاه پلدختر بررسی شد. در ایستگاه پلدختر بسیاری از پارامترها در محدودهای بین مقدار آنها در دو سرشاخه قبل از پیوستن قرار گرفتند، اما در برخی از آنها نیز این قانون نقض شد و در ایستگاه پلدختر افزایش یافتند. با توجه به کاهش دبی و افزایش بسیاری از پارامترهای کیفی، فرض اولیه اثبات شد.

مدلسازی رابطۀ دبی-اشل در مقاطع مرکب با استفاده از روش برنامهریزی بیان ژن چندمرحله-ای
در شرایط وقوع سیل در رودخانه های آبرفتی با مقطع مرکب، بهدلیل تبادل جریان بین مقطع اصلی و دشتهای سیلابی، محاسبۀ دبی سیلاب به کمک روشهای معمول با خطای زیادی همراه است. در این مقاله از روش جدیدی به نام برنامهریزی بیان ژن چندمرحله ای برای محاسبۀ دبی کل جریان در مقاطع مرکب مستقیم استفاده شده است. برای مدلسازی از سه متغیر بدون بعد شامل عمق نسبی جریان، پارامتر کوهیرنس مقطع مرکب و دبی جریان نسبی محاسباتی به عنوان پارامترهای ورودی و از دبی جریان نسبی مشاهداتی به عنوان پارامتر خروجی استفاده شد. با استفاده از 402 دادۀ هیدرولیکی و هندسی از 31 مقطع مرکب آزمایشگاهی و صحرایی، روابط صریحی برای محاسبۀ دبی کل جریان در مقاطع مرکب استخراج شد. میانگین خطای نسبی این روش در مراحل واسنجی و صحتسنجی بهترتیب حدود 2/10 و 6/11 درصد بهدست آمد. این میزان خطا نسبت به خطای معادلۀ مانینگ (3/19 درصد)، دقت بسیار بهتر روش برنامهریزی بیان ژن چندمرحلهای را نشان میدهد. بنابراین، کاربرد این روش در محاسبۀ دبی سیلاب رودخانههای با مقطع مرکب توصیه میشود. همچنین، میتوان با استفاده از تلفیق این ایده با محاسبات پروفیل سطح آب رودخانهها و نیز روندیابی سیل، دقت محاسبات طراحی خاکریزهای کنترل سیل را افزایش داد.

مطالعۀ وضعیت کیفی آب رودخانۀ سردآبرود مازندران با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت آب
رودخانهها جزء کوچکی از آبهای جاری جهان هستند و بهعنوان یکی از منابع اساسی تأمین آب برای مصرف در کشاورزی، شرب و صنعت مطرحاند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی کیفیت آب سه ایستگاه (زوات، والت و رودبارک) واقع در حوضۀ رودخانۀ سردآبرود استان مازندران طی سالهای آبی 1358 تا 1394، با استفاده از شاخص کیفیت آب (CWQI) و همچنین نرمافزار Aquachem است. در این پژوهش برای محاسبۀ شاخص از پارامترهایی نظیر کلسیم، منیزیم، پتاسیم، سدیم، کلراید، سولفات، هدایت الکتریکی و اسیدیته استفاده شد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، ایستگاه زوات برای مصرف شرب در رتبۀ نسبتاً خوب و برای مصرف آبیاری و احشام در رتبۀ عالی و در همۀ مصارف دو ایستگاه والت و رودبارک در رتبۀ بد قرار داشتند. همۀ ایستگاههای رودخانۀ سردآبرود برای مصرف آب در آبزیپروری و تفریح و سرگرمی در شرایط بد قرار داشته و تقریباً در همۀ موارد به تصفیه نیاز داشتند. با توجه به تجزیه و تحلیلهای صورتگرفته، بهترین و بدترین کیفیت آب بهترتیب مربوط به ایستگاه زوات، والت و رودبارک بود. همچنین، تیپ و رخسارۀ آب در این رودخانه با استفاده از نرمافزار Aquachem تیپ بیکربنات- سدیمی تشخیص داده شد.

انتخاب مناسبترین ورودیها برای مدل شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی با استفاده از الگوریتم جامعۀ مورچگان
یافتن مناسبترین ورودیها برای شبکۀ عصبی و همچنین تعداد مناسب ورودی برای آن یکی از چالشهایی است که همواره محققان با آن روبهرو هستند. اغلب، بهترین ساختار برای شبکۀ عصبی نیز بهصورت آزمون و خطا مشخص میشود و درنهایت با تعریف چند ورودی خاص مدلهای مختلفی تولید و بررسی میشوند. در این تحقیق به مدلسازی کیفی جریان رودخانۀ گادارچای با استفاده از شبکۀ عصبی مصنوعی پرداخته شده و دو مدل و برای هر مدل چهار سناریو تعریف شد. در هر دو مدل پارامتر هدف مقدار هدایت الکتریکی بوده است. ورودیهای مدل اول (ANNa) را پارامترهایی تشکیل میدهند که بیشترین همبستگی را با پارامتر هدف (EC) داشتهاند. در مدل دوم (ANNb) مناسبترین پارامترهای ورودی با استفاده از الگوریتم جامعۀ مورچگان (ACO) مشخص شد. معیارهای بهکاررفته در این تحقیق شامل معیارهای میانگین مربعات خطا (MSE)، مجموع مربعات خطا (SSE)، نشـ ساتکلیف و ضریب همبستگی بوده است. نتایج نشان داد بهترین مدل ANNa، مدل ANNa2 با مقدار MSE برابر 0017/0 است. ورودیهای این مدل مجموع کاتیونها، سختی کل و کلسیم است. بهترین مدل ANNb، مدل ANNb3 با مقدار MSE برابر 0012/0 است. ورودیهای این مدل درصد سدیم، pH و سختی کل است. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد استفاده از الگوریتم جامعۀ مورچگان برای یافتن بهترین پارامترهای ورودی سبب افزایش کارایی شبکۀ عصبی در قسمت صحتسنجی و تست در مدل ANNb نسبت به مدل ANNa میشود. طبق نتایج بهدستآمده بهجای آزمون و خطا در یافتن بهترین ورودیها برای شبکۀ عصبی میتوان بهعنوان گام نخست از پارامترهایی استفاده کرد که بیشترین همبستگی را با پارامتر هدف دارند؛ اما پارامترهایی که با پارامتر هدف همبستگی زیادی دارند، لزوماً بهترین ورودیها برای شبکه نیستند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد از الگوریتم ACO میتوان بهعنوان روشی برای انتخاب متغیرهای ورودی استفاده کرد و عملکرد شبکۀ عصبی را بهبود بخشید.

طبقه بندی زیرحوضه های آبخیز نکارود با استفاده از مدلهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیارۀ TOPSIS, SAW و VIKOR
تجزیه و تحلیل کمی پارامترهای مورفومتریک ابزار بسیار مفیدی در ارزیابی فرایندهای تشکیلدهندۀ فرم زمین، اولویتبندی حوضههای آبخیز از نظر حساسیت به فرسایش بهمنظور حفاظت از منابع آب و خاک و مدیریت منابع طبیعی در سطح حوضۀ آبخیز است. هدف از این پژوهش، اولویتبندی و طبقهبندی زیرحوضهها از نظر حساسیت به فرسایش با استفاده از پارامترهای مورفومتریک و روشهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره به کمک ابزار GIS و RS است. به اینمنظور ابتدا مدل رقومی ارتفاعی با استفاده از دادههای فرکانس پایین راداری PALSAR از منطقه تهیه شد، سپس ۱۷ زیرحوضه در محیط ArcGIS10.2 استخراج شد. پس از پیشپردازش و آمادهسازی مدل رقومی ارتفاعی ۱۴ پارامتر مورفومتریک شامل چهار پارامتر مورفومتریک شکلی (ضریب شکل، ضریب کشیدگی، ضریب گردی، ضریب فشردگی)، دو پارامتر خطی (نسبت انشعاب، طول جریان)، پنج پارامتر فضایی (تراکم زهکشی، میزان بافت زهکشی، ثابت نگهداشت آبراهه، فراوانی آبراهه، ضریب نفوذ) و سه پارامتر توپوگرافیک (نسبت ناهمواری، مقدار عددی ناهمواری، شیب) استخراج شد. بهمنظور آنالیز کمی پارامترهای مورفومتریک از مدلهای تصمیمگیری چندمعیارۀ TOPSIS, SAW و VIKOR استفاده شد و در نهایت با استفاده از شاخصهای درصد تغییرات و شدت تغییرات، مدلها ارزیابی شد. نتایج بهدستآمده از ارزیابی پارامترهای مورفومتریک با استفاده از روش AHP نشان داد پارامترهای نسبت انشعاب، شیب و تراکم زهکشی بهترتیب با کسب (۲۲۷/۰، ۱۷۴/۰، ۱۳۵/۰) امتیاز بیشترین تأثیر را در فرسایشپذیری و هدررفت منابع طبیعی داشتهاند. ارزیابی مدلها نشان داد مدل VIKOR با دقت بیشتری نسبت به مدلهای دیگر به اولویتبندی و طبقهبندی زیرحوضهها پرداخته است. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده از مدل برتر، زیرحوضههای دو، 15 و 17 بهترتیب با کسب (۹۹۴/۰، ۶۴۵/۰، ۶۲۶/۰) امتیاز در وضعیت بحرانی بسیارزیاد قرار گرفتهاند و بقیۀ زیرحوضهها نیز در وضعیت بحرانی زیاد قرار گرفتهاند و به انجام عملیات آبخیزداری بهمنظور حفاظت از منابع آب و خاک نیاز دارند.

روشی جدید برای شناسایی و تعیین مناطق در معرض خطر فرونشست (مطالعۀ موردی: آبخوان دشت سلماس)
فرونشست زمین پدیدهای بهوجودآمده از عوامل هیدرولوژیکی، هیدروژئولوژیکی و ژئوتکنیکی است که در بیشتر دشتهای ایران مشهود است. در این پژوهش، چارچوبی جامع (GARDLIF) برای شناسایی مناطق فرونشست احتمالی در یک آبخوان معرفی شده است. برای ارزیابی روش ارائهشده، آبخوان دشت سلماس انتخاب شد که با بحران فرونشست زمین مواجه است. پس از تهیۀ لایههای رستری پارامترهای GARDLIF و رتبهبندی آنها، مدلسازی آسیبپذیری فرونشست در آبخوان دشت سلماس انجام شد و نقشۀ آسیبپذیری فرونشست بهدست آمد. نتایج بهدستآمده از مدلسازی کارایی زیاد روش جدید پیشنهادی را در پتانسیلیابی مناطق مختلف از نظر وقوع فرونشست زمین نشان میدهد. براساس نتایج بهدستآمده بیشترین امکان وقوع فرونشست مربوط به مناطق اطراف قرهقشلاق (شمال شرق دشت سلماس) است که با نتایج مطالعات قبلی انجامشده مطابقت دارد. برای بررسی میزان تأثیرپذیری هریک از پارامترهای مدل GARDLIF، تحلیل حساسیت حذف نقشه اجرا شد. بیشترین تغییر در شاخص آسیبپذیری با حذف پارامترهای پمپاژ (D) و کاربری اراضی (L) با میانگین تغییرات بهترتیب 62/1 و 5/1 درصد اتفاق میافتد. پارامترهای محیط آبخوان (G) و ضخامت آبخوان (I) نیز بهعلت رتبههای زیاد آنها در قسمت بزرگ آبخوان حساسیت و تغییرپذیری زیادی دارند. کماثرترین پارامتر، فاصله از گسل (F) با میانگین شاخص تغییرپذیری 4/0 درصد است. با بهکارگیری روش پیشنهادی در این تحقیق، میتوان مناطق مستعدتر از نظر فرونشست زمین را شناسایی کرد تا با مدیریت صحیح از وقوع فرونشست زمین و تأثیرات مخرب آن جلوگیری شود.

ارزیابی داده های بارش پایگاه ملی اسفزاری در برآورد رواناب و پایش خشکسالی منطقه ای
دادههای بارش پایگاههای واکاویشدۀ اقلیمی بهدلیل شبکهبندی منظم و پوشش مکانی و زمانی زیاد در همۀ نقاط، برای انجام پژوهشهایی مانند پیشبینی اقلیمی، مدلسازی تغییر اقلیم، مدیریت منابع آب و مدلسازی هیدرولوژیکی، بهخصوص در مناطق بدون دادههای مشاهداتی، کاربردهای زیادی دارند. از اینرو، در این پژوهش، شبیهسازی هیدرولوژیکی با بهرهگیری از مدل SWAT و پایش مکانی خشکسالی با استفاده از شاخص SPI و SDI در منطقۀ دریاچۀ مهارلو و ارزیابی دقت زمانیـ مکانی پایگاه دادۀ ملی اسفزاری در مقایسه با ایستگاههای مشاهداتی بهعنوان مرجع روی این گسترۀ مکانی ارزیابی شد. یافتههای بهدستآمده از شبیهسازی رواناب روی گسترۀ واکاویشده بیانکنندۀ دقت بسیار زیاد این پایگاه در مقایسه با مقادیر رواناب شبیهسازیشده توسط ایستگاههای مشاهداتی است. ضریب تبیین و کارایی نش بهطور متوسط دقت 6/0 را در شبیهسازی از خود نشان دادهاند. دقت پایگاه دادۀ یادشده در فصول سرد و بارانی بسیار بیشتر از فصل گرم سال است. در ماههای پربارش ضریب همبستگی حدود 85/0 و شاخص POD بیش از 9/0 را نشان میدهد. همچنین، از آنجا که دقت برآورد پایش خشکسالی در این پایگاه طی بازۀ زمانی واکاویشده بسیار زیاد است، میتوان گفت که از این پایگاه داده میتوان به عنوان یک پایگاه قابل اعتماد و جایگزین در شبیهسازی رواناب و خشکسالی برای مناطقی بهره گرفت که سریهای زمانی بارش همراه با کمبودهای آماری هستند.

ارزیابی ریسک تأثیرات تغییر اقلیم بر تراز آب زیرزمینی (مطالعۀ موردی: آبخوان گتوندـ عقیلی)
در این پژوهش تأثیرات تغییر اقلیم بر تراز آب زیرزمینی در آبخوان گتوندـ عقیلی بررسی شد. به اینمنظور شبیهسازی آب زیرزمینی با استفاده از مدل MODFLOW در محیط GMS برای یک دورۀ 10 ساله (1381ـ 1391) انجام شد. مقادیر خطای RMSE بهدستآمده از واسنجی مدل برای یک دورۀ ششساله در دو حالت ماندگار و غیرماندگار بهترتیب برابر با 751/0 و 852/0 متر و میزان میانگین ضریب همبستگی 82/0 برای دورۀ چهارسالۀ صحتسنجی بهدست آمد. سپس، برای مطالعۀ تأثیر تغییر اقلیم روی سطح آب زیرزمینی از خروجی 10 مدل AOGCM تحت سناریوی انتشار RCP8.5 مربوط به آخرین گزارش ارزیابی IPCC، برای شبیهسازی پارامترهای اقلیمی استفاده شد. به اینمنظور دورۀ 1971ـ 2000 بهعنوان دورۀ پایه و 2015ـ 2024 به عنوان دورۀ پیشبینی انتخاب شد. در نهایت، پنج سناریوی اقلیمی (در سطوح ریسک 1/0، 25/0، 50/0، 75/0 و 90/0) برای دورۀ آتی تولید شد. سپس، نوسانات سطح آب زیرزمینی تحت این سناریوهای مختلف تغییر اقلیم تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج در سطح ریسک 1/0 بیشترین میزان افت آبخوان (8/1 متر) و در سناریویی سطح ریسک 90/0 افزایش سطح آب زیرزمینی به میزان 43/0 متر طی 10 سال 2015ـ 2024 پیشبینی شد.

تحلیل و پهنه بندی شدت تخریب بیابانزایی با استفاده از مدل بیابانزایی IMDPA و خوشهبندی (مطالعۀ موردی: دشت بمنرماشیر و رحمت آباد)
اقدامات اجرایی در زمینۀ کنترل بیابانزایی باید بر شناخت وضعیت فعلی بیابانیشدن و شدت آن متکی باشد. با توجه به این موضوع، در تحقیق حاضر بررسی تخریب بیابانزایی آبخوان واقع در دشتهای بمنرماشیر و رحمتآباد (استان کرمان) با استفاده از مدل IMDPA و سامانۀ اطلاعات جغرافیایی انجام شد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از شاخصهای کمی (افت سطح آب زیرزمینی)، کیفی )هدایت الکتریکی (EC)، کلر (Cl) و نسبت جذب سدیم ((SAR) و میزان فرسایش خاک محدودۀ آبخوان، به بررسی کلاس خطر بیابانزایی پرداخته شد. هر شاخص کلاسبندی شده و نقشۀ تخریب آن ترسیم شد. در نهایت، نقشۀ تخریب کلی منطقه با درنظرگرفتن بیشترین محدودیت در شاخصهای کیفی بهدست آمد. برای صحتسنجی مدل از روشهای خوشهبندی وارد و K-means استفاده شد. در نهایت، نتایج بهدستآمده از این تحقیق نشان داد از نظر تخریب بیابانزایی حدود 81/90 درصد و 61/8 درصد آبخوان بهترتیب در وضعیت خطر شدید و بسیارشدید قرار دارد که 5/62 درصد از نتایج مدل IMDPA توسط روشهای خوشهبندی معنادار گزارش شد.

ارزیابی کارکرد شبکه های آبیاری در بالاآمدگی سطح آب زیرزمینی (مطالعۀ موردی: دشت بهبهان)
در دشت بهبهان طی چند سال اخیر، بهدلیل مدیریت نامناسب برداشت از منابع آب سطحی و زیرزمینی، سطح ایستابی بالا آمده است و سبب بروز مشکلاتی همچون پدیدۀ آبگرفتگی در منطقۀ شهری شده است. از جمله عوامل تأثیرگذار در وقوع این پدیده، توسعۀ شبکههای آبیاری و زهکشی در سطح گستردهای از منطقۀ مطالعهشده است. برای ارزیابی این موضوع، از آمار درازمدت (سالهای آبی 1382ـ 1383 تا 1394ـ 1395) سطح آب زیرزمینی چاههای مشاهدهای و میزان آب ورودی به شبکههای آبیاری موجود در منطقه استفاده شد. با استفاده از این دادهها، هیدروگراف معرف، نقشههای همعمق، همتراز و نقشههای افت و خیز دشت بهبهان در قسمتهای مختلف آن بررسی شدند. نتایج نشان داد نوسانات سطح آب زیرزمینی دشت بهبهان و ذخیرۀ آن به آب ورودی از شبکههای آبیاری بستگی دارد و از میان شبکههای آبیاری منطقۀ مطالعهشده، شبکۀ بنهباشت در مقایسه با شبکههای آبیاری مارون جنوبی و شمالی کارکرد مؤثرتری را در تغذیۀ آبخوان دشت بهبهان و بالاآمدگی سطح آب زیرزمینی آن دارد.

برآورد و تعیین الگوی فضایی نیاز آبی درخت سیب در ایران
بررسی نیاز آبی در طراحی سیستمهای آبیاری و تأمین مصرف آب در کشاورزی اهمیت دارد. مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف برآورد و تعیین الگوی فضایی نیاز آبی درخت سیب با استفاده از آمار ایستگاههای هواشناسی طی سالهای 1364 تا 1392 در مناطق کشت درخت سیب در ایران انجام شد. ابتدا تبخیر– تعرق مرجع سالانه براساس مدل فائو، پنمن– مانتیث برآورد شد، در ادامه نیاز آبی مراحل رشد درخت سیب تابستانۀ گلاب کهنز و سیب پاییزۀ رد دلیشز مشخص شد. نتایج بهدستآمده از محاسبۀ ETo سالانه و نیاز آبی مراحل رشد با استفاده از نرمافزار ArcGIS10.2 بهصورت الگوی فضایی برای هر واریته مشخص شد. نتایج نشان داد میزان ETo سالانه در مناطق شمال شرق و نیمۀ جنوبی محدودۀ کشت سیب به بیش از 2 هزار میلیمتر میرسد. درختان سیب تابستانۀ گلاب کهنز نسبت به واریتههای پاییزۀ رد دلیشز نیاز آبی کمتری دارند و مرحلۀ میانی رشد در درختان سیب بیشترین نیاز آبی را دارد. تغییرات مکانی تبخیر– تعرق و نیاز آبی درخت سیب بیشتر ناشی از عامل ارتفاع از سطح دریاست. از شمال به جنوب و از غرب به شرق مناطق کشت درخت سیب در ایران، میزان نیاز آبی افزایش مییابد. مناطق شمال شرق و دامنههای مجاور نواحی داخلی ایران و همچنین نواحی جنوبی در مناطق کرمان و یزد در مناطق کشت درختان سیب، تبخیر – تعرق سالانه و نیاز آبی دارند، بنابراین انتخاب واریتههای با نیاز آبی کمتر در این مناطق مهم است.

ارزیابی کمی اثر فعالیت های آبخیزداری بر ترسیب و ذخیرۀ کربن به منظور کاهش تغییرات اقلیمی (مطالعۀ موردی: حوضۀ آبخیز پررود- سرشاخۀ حوضۀ آبخیز شاهرود)
بهمنظور ارزیابی کمی اثر فعالیتهای مختلف آبخیزداری بر ترسیب و ذخیرۀ کربن، نمونهبرداری از پوشش گیاهی، لاشبرگ و خاک برای هر یک از تیمارها در 10 منطقه از حوضۀ مطالعهشده، که معرف تغییرات و نوسانات خاک و پوشش گیاهی بود، به روش سیستماتیک- تصادفی با استفاده از 10 ترانسکت و 100 پلات صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد در همۀ تیمارها خاک بیشترین تأثیر را در ترسیب کربن اکوسیستم دارد. لاشبرگ کمترین مشارکت را در بین اجزای سهیم در ترسیب کربن کل در همۀ تیمارها داشته است. علوفهکاری و کپهکاری بهترتیب با 152 و 148 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین و تیمار بذرپاشی با 74 کیلوگرم در هکتار کمترین ترسیب کربن توسط لاشبرگ را داشتهاند. در نهایت، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد مراتع طبیعی، که وضعیت خوبی از نظر پوشش گیاهی و خاک دارند، در هر دو عمق خاک و همچنین بهطور کلی (خاک+ بیوماس گیاهی+ لاشبرگ) با 84/647 تن در هکتار تا عمق 50 سانتیمتری خاک بیشترین و سدهای سنگی ملاتی با 35/169 تن در هکتار تا عمق 50 سانتیمتری خاک کمترین مقدار ترسیب کربن کل را دارند.

پیش بینی وضعیت منابع آب تحت اثر تغییرات اقلیم به کمک مدل ANFIS و سناریوهای گردش عمومی جوّ (مطالعۀ موردی:حوضۀ زیارت شهر گرگان)
وضعیت آتی منابع آب متأثر از تغییرات اقلیم در هر منطقه است و شبیهسازی بارش-رواناب برای دورههای آینده سهم مهمی در مدیریت منابع آب خواهد داشت. تغییر اقلیم میتواند توسط مدل گردش عمومی جوّ و سناریوهای مختلف اقلیمی شبیهسازی شود. در این تحقیق، اثر تغییرات اقلیم بر رواناب، بارش، دما و منابع آب منطقۀ زیارت استان گلستان بررسی شد. از مدل گردش عمومی جوّ HadCM3 تحت سناریوهای اقلیمی A1B، A2 و B1 برای سه دورۀ آتی 2011 تا 2030، 2046 تا 2065 و 2080 تا 2099 استفاده شد. برای ریزمقیاسنمایی خروجیهای مدل HadCM3، مدل ANFIS بهکار برده شد. نتایج آزمون t در سطح اعتماد 95 درصد نشان داد هیچ اختلاف معناداری بین نتایج مشاهدهای و شبیهسازیشده وجود ندارد. مقادیر پیشبینیشده بیانکنندۀ افزایش دما به مقدار 32/0 تا 77/1 درجۀ سانتیگراد است و کاهش میزان بارندگی نیز برای دورههای آتی به میزان 60/1 تا 46/31 میلیمتر خواهد بود. در ادامه، دادههای بهدستآمده به همراه نقشۀ شمارۀ منحنی (CN) و خصوصیات فیزیوگرافی زیرحوضه، بهدستآمده از نرمافزار ArcGIS، به عنوان ورودی به مدل HEC-HMS وارد شد تا دبی در دورههای اقلیمی آینده شبیهسازی شود. نتایج نشان میدهد در هر سه سناریوی افقهای 2020، 2055 و 2090، دبی پیک و حجم سیلاب کاهش یافته است و در هر سه افق یادشده، بیشترین کاهش مربوط به سناریوی A2 است. درصد کاهش دبی پیک و حجم تخلیه برای هر سناریو بهترتیب 72/1 و 83/1، 06/3 و 07/3، 43/4 و 48/4 برای دورههای آتی بهدست آمد. نتایج اجرای مدل، بیان میکند که آبگیری مناسبی در پشت مخازن صورت نمیگیرد. در نهایت، برای حل این مسئله راهکارهایی ارائه شد.

دریاچۀ ارومیه در سالهای اخیر بهدلیل کاهش جریانات ورودی آب از زیرحوضههای خود با کاهش شدید حجم آب مواجه شده است. یکی از دلایل خشکی مستمر این دریاچه تغییرات اقلیمی و پدیدۀ خشکسالی است. دو رودخانۀ زرینهرود و سیمینهرود از مهمترین زیرحوضههای دریاچۀ ارومیه هستند و بیش از نیمی از ورودی آب دریاچه را تأمین میکنند. در این میان، شناخت ابعاد مختلف پدیدۀ خشکسالی و خصوصیات آماری آن مهم است و نخستین قدم در بررسی و مدیریت منابع آب حوضه و درک بهتر دلایل خشکی دریاچۀ ارومیه بهشمار میآید. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رفتار اقلیمی حوضههای بررسیشده از دیدگاه خشکسالی هواشناسی طی چهار دهۀ گذشته است. در این تحقیق وضعیت خشکسالی در دو حوضۀ زرینهرود و سیمینهرود توسط شاخص بارش استانداردشده، SPI با استفاده از دادههای بارش ماهانۀ 31 ایستگاه در دورۀ آماری 1350ـ 1393 در مقیاس زمانی سالانه و ماهانه (یک تا 48 ماهه) بررسی شد. دورههای ترسالی و خشکسالی و همچنین مقادیر شاخص SPI در مقیاسهای مختلف زمانی و بهصورت منطقهای استخراج شد. در نهایت، نقشۀ پهنهبندی شاخص بارش استانداردشده برای سالهای واقعشده در دورههای مهم ترسالی و خشکسالی با استفاده از روشهای زمینآماری (کریجینگ، کوکریجینگ و فاصلۀ معکوس) تهیه و ارزیابی شد. بررسی شاخص SPI طی چهار دهۀ گذشته، نشان میدهد بهطور کلی زیرحوضههای جنوبی دریاچۀ ارومیه پس از تجربۀ دو دورۀ ترسالی و یک دورۀ خشکسالی، در 70 درصد سالها در شرایط نرمال بهسر بردهاند. پس از وقوع خشکسالی متوالی طی دورۀ 1377ـ 1380 بهرغم حاکمیت شرایط نرمال تا سال 1393، روند کاهشی تراز دریاچۀ ارومیه ادامه یافته است که نشان میدهد علاوه بر تأثیر شرایط اقلیمی و کاهش بارشها، عوامل دیگری نظیر بهرهبرداری نامناسب و برداشت بیش از حد از منابع آبی در سالهای اخیر عامل اصلی تشدید بحران در حوضۀ دریاچۀ ارومیه بوده است. مقایسه و ارزیابی روشهای مختلف زمینآماری بهمنظور توزیع مکانی شاخص خشکسالی با استفاده از معیار RMSE نشان داد روش کریجینگ دقت زیادی برای پهنهبندی خشکسالی دارد.

پیشبینی جریان روزانه در حوضۀ آبریز رودخانۀ تلوار با مدلهای هوشمند
دبی رودخانهها بهدلیل تغییرات درخور توجه زمانی و مکانی در مطالعات هیدرولوژی و برنامهریزی مدیریت منابع آب اهمیت فراوانی دارد. در علوم مهندسی آب، سعی بر این است که با استفاده از سری زمانی دادههای ثبتشده، اقدام به برآورد جریان رودخانه شود. افزایش دقت پیشبینیهای یادشده میتواند در برنامهریزی دقیق تخصیص منابع آب مؤثر باشد. در این پژوهش از سه روش برنامهریزی بیان ژن، روش حداقل مربعات ماشین بردار پشتیبان و شبکۀ عصبی موجکی برای برآورد جریان رودخانۀ تلوار در حوضۀ آبخیز قروهـ دهگلان استفاده شده و کارایی آنها مقایسه شد. به اینمنظور دادههای 10 سالۀ دبی رودخانه (1381-1391) به منظور مدلسازی استفاده شد. برای مدلسازی با روشهای یادشده، 75 درصد از دادهها به عنوان دادههای آموزش و 25 درصد نیز بهمنزلۀ دادههای اعتبارسنجی مدل استفاده شدند. نتایج بهدستآمده نشان داد پیشبینی مدل جریان با تأخیر دو روز قبل جریان در رودخانه در هر سه روش دقت قابل قبولی دارد، بهطوری که معیار ضریب تبیین در مرحلۀ اعتبارسنجی در بهترین مدل بهترتیب برای برنامهریزی بیان ژن، ماشین بردار پشتیبان و شبکۀ عصبی موجک برابر با 94/0، 92/0 و 90/0 بودند. همچنین، مقایسۀ سه مدل نشان داد روش ماشین بردار پشتیبان نسبت به دو روش دیگر عملکرد بهتری دارد و نیز دقت پیشبینی در این مدل با افزایش تعداد تأخیرها به چهار و پنج روز قبل افزایش مییابد.

ارزیابی وضعیت خشکسالی در حوضۀ آبخیز تمر (بالادست سد گلستان) با استفاده از شاخصهای SPI و SPEI تحت شرایط اقلیمی حال و آینده
خشکسالی از گستردهترین و مخربترین بلایای طبیعی است که با رخداد تغییر اقلیم پیچیدهتر میشود. برای فراهمکردن یک دید کلی از شرایط خشکسالی، شاخصهایی برای پایش آن بهطور گسترده استفاده میشوند. در این مطالعه، برای ارزیابی وضعیت خشکسالی آیندۀ حوضۀ آبخیز تمر (بالادست سد گلستان)، ابتدا دادههای روزانۀ خروجی مدل CanESM2 تحت سناریوهای RCP 2.6 و RCP 8.5 با استفاده از مدل SDSM برای دورۀ 2020-2049، ریزمقیاس و پیشبینی شدند. در ادامه، با استفاده از دادههای پیشبینیشده و شاخصهای خشکسالی SPI و SPEI، وضعیت خشکسالی در آینده بررسی شد. همچنین، آنالیز روند دادههای دما و بارندگی، با استفاده از آزمون ناپارامتریک من-کندال انجام گرفت. نتایج آنالیز روند بیانکنندۀ تغییرات ناچیز بارندگی و افزایش معنادار دما در بیشتر سریهای زمانی است. همچنین، عملکرد مدل SDSM برای پیشبینی دادههای دما و بارندگی بسیار خوب ارزیابی شد و خروجیهای آن نشان داد دما و بارندگی نسبت به زمان حال افزایش مییابند. نتایج شاخص SPI نشان داد در هر دو دورۀ پایه (1985ـ 2014) و آتی (2020-2049)، بیشترین خشکسالیها و ترسالیها بهترتیب در اواخر و نیمۀ ابتدایی دو دوره رخ دادهاند. از آنجا که در شاخص SPEI در مقایسه با شاخص SPI پارامترهای اقلیمی بیشتری علاوه بر بارندگی برای ارزیابی خشکسالی لحاظ میشود و با توجه به افزایش روند دما در دورۀ حال و آینده، میتوان گفت که نتایج شاخص SPEI، واقعیتر و منطقیتر از نتایج شاخص SPI است بهطوری که ارزیابی خشکسالی بر اساس شاخص SPEI، شرایط خشکسالی شدیدتری را نسبت به شاخص SPI نشان داد.

طراحی و ساخت شبیه ساز باران قابل حمل
شبیهسازی باران یکی از روشهای مهم برای اندازهگیری فرایندهای هیدرولوژیکی و فرسایش خاک است. ارزیابی سریع و قابلیت تکرار زیاد از مزایای استفاده از شبیهساز باران است. شبیهساز ساختهشده به وزن تقریبی 20 کیلوگرم قابلیت شبیهسازی باران با شدتهای 8/2 تا 5/9 سانتیمتر بر ساعت در سطح کرت آزمایشی با مساحت یک تا سه مترمربع را دارد. اندازهگیری قطر قطرات از روشهای گلولۀ آردی و لکۀ رنگی بهدست آمد. روش گلولۀ آردی بهدلیل بیشتربودن ضریب تبیین انتخاب و نتایج آن بررسی شد. بیشترین ضریب یکنواختی (6/96 درصد) مربوط به شدت 3/8 سانتیمتر بر ساعت و کمترین ضریب (6/90 درصد) مربوط به شدت 5/9 سانتیمتر بر ساعت بهدست آمد که بیشتر از حد قابل قبول است. دامنۀ قطر متوسط قطرات از 97/0 میلیمتر در شدت 8/2 سانتیمتر بر ساعت تا 22/1 میلیمتر در 1/7 سانتیمتر بر ساعت تغییر میکند که در محدودۀ بارانهای طبیعی قرار دارد. همچنین، دامنۀ تغییرات سرعت از 58/3 تا 21/4 متر بر ثانیه است. با توجه به مجموعه ویژگیهای یادشده یک شبیهساز باران قابل حمل بسیار مناسب با دقت قابل قبول برای مطالعات رواناب، نفوذپذیری، فرسایش و رسوب در صحرا ساخته شد.

بررسی ردّ پای کربن در تأمین آب شرب شهر سپیدان
آثار زیستمحیطی انسان بر کرۀ زمین در زمینههای مختلفی قابل بررسی است. یکی از زمینههایی که اهمیت زیادی در کرۀ زمین دارد، انتشار گاز دیاکسید کربن توسط انسان است. یکی از هزاران فعالیت بشر که به انتشار گاز دیاکسید کربن به محیط منجر میشود، فعالیت مربوط به تأمین آب مصرفی است. در این مقاله به بررسی حجم گاز دیاکسید کربن انتشاریافته ناشی از سیستم تأمین آب شرب شهر سپیدان پرداخته شده است. محدودۀ زمانی این پروژه یکسال بوده است. نتایج بررسیهای این مطالعه نشان میدهد در شهر سپیدان از تعداد یک حلقه چاه با انرژی مصرفی 81318 کیلووات ساعت، یک چشمه با انرژی مصرفی 102234 کیلووات ساعت و ساختمان ادارۀ آب و فاضلاب با انرژی مصرفی 5491 کیلووات ساعت، بهترتیب مقدار 48769- 1067 و 3293 کیلوگرم دیاکسید کربن در سال تولید میشود. همچنین، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد به ازای تأمین یک مترمکعب آب شرب در شهر سپیدان حدود 38 گرم دیاکسید کربن تولید میشود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تأمین آب از چشمه در نقطهای با ارتفاع بیشتر نسبت به همۀ مناطق شهر به دلیل توپوگرافی خاص شهر سپیدان، که به صورت پستی و بلندیهای پرشیب است، نیاز به انرژی بسیار کمتری دارد و به دنبال آن آلودگی یا دیاکسید کربن کمتری منتشر میکند.

در حال حاضر، یک ابزار مهم برای شناسایی تغییرات زمین و پایش آنها علم سنجش از دور است. طبقهبندی تصاویر چندباندی یکی از تکنیکهای مهم برای تفکیک واحدهای زمین است. هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر، طبقهبندی تصاویر ماهوارهای با بهرهگیری از روشهای هوش محاسباتی است. پدیدۀ گرمایش جهانی، گسترش سدسازی، ذخیرۀ آب در پشت سدها و بهرهبرداری بیش از حد از آب موجود برای کاربریهای انسانی سبب خشکشدن دریاچهها از جمله دریاچۀ بختگان شده است. به اینمنظور، در تحقیق حاضر تصاویر لندست سالهای 1991، 2000، 2010 و 2017 دریاچۀ بختگان و محدودۀ اطراف آن گرفته شد. این تصاویر پس از انجام پیشپردازشها و تصحیحات مورد نیاز، با روش نظارتشدۀ بیشترین شباهت، براساس نمونههای آموزشی در چهار کلاس پهنهآبی، پوشش گیاهی، کوه و مناطق شهری طبقهبندی شد. سپس، همان تصویر با روش شبکۀ عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه در کلاسهای یادشده طبقهبندی شد. در نهایت، برای هر دو روش ماتریس خطا استخراج شد و صحت کلی و ضریب کاپا محاسبه شد. صحت کلی برای سال 1991 بهترتیب برای روش بیشترین احتمال و شبکۀ عصبی 87 و 93 درصد و ضریب کاپا بهترتیب 86/0 و 90/0 محاسبه شد. بنابراین، با توجه به دقت بیشتر شبکۀ عصبی، تصاویر سالهای 2000، 2010 و 2017 با این روش طبقهبندی شد. بعد از طبقهبندی بهمنظور ارزیابی آن، از Google Earth برای هر کلاس اطلاعاتی نمونه تست در نظر گرفته شد و صحت کلی و ضریب کاپا بهترتیب 89 درصد و 85/0 محاسبه شد. در نهایت، مساحت پهنهآبی به صورت چشمگیری کاهش یافته و به سایر کلاسها افزوده شده است.

بررسی اثر استفاده از دیوارهای بادشکن در کاهش تبخیر از سطح دریاچهها و مخازن با استفاد از مدل عددی FLUENT (مطالعۀ موردی: چاه نیمۀ شمارۀ 4 سیستان و بلوچستان)
پدیدۀ تبخیر به عوامل مختلفی ازجمله دما، سرعت باد، رطوبت، شوری آب، عمق آب و... بستگی دارد. بررسی آمار و اطلاعات مربوط به تبخیر، دما، سرعت باد و رطوبت در منطقۀ مطالعهشده نشان میدهد مهمترین عامل تبخیر، سرعت باد است. استفاده از دیوارهای بادشکن یکی از روشهای کنترل سرعت باد است که به کاهش تبخیر منجر میشود. دادههای استفادهشده در این تحقیق از ایستگاه هواشناسی زهک برداشت شده است. هدف از این مطالعه، شبیهسازی میدان جریان باد عبوری از روی بادشکن با استفاده از مدل عددی FLUENT و تعیین اثر هندسۀ بادشکن و فاصلۀ بین بادشکنها روی سرعت باد ورودی است. از اینرو، در قدم نخست در نرمافزار GAMBIT هندسۀ مسئله برای حل میدان جریان تعیین شد و مشبندی میدان محاسباتی و نوع مرزهای حاکم بر میدان جریان مشخص شد. پس از تهیۀ شبکۀ مورد نیاز و تعیین مرزهای میدان جریان، فایل مد نظر توسط FLUENT خوانده شده و شرایط تحلیلی سیال، مشخصات آن، مشخصات شرایط مرزی و... بر هندسه اعمال شده و مسئله حل شد. نتایج نشان میدهد در صورت طراحی بادشکنهایی به ارتفاع دو متر که فاصلۀ بین آنها 48 متر است و با زاویۀ 90 درجه در جهت شمال غربی قرار گرفتهاند، میتوان بهطور مؤثر میزان تبخیر در منطقه را کاهش داد. اگر بخواهیم فقط از سیستم بادشکن برای کاهش تبخیر در سطح چاه نیمه استفاده کنیم، باید از 160 ردیف بادشکن استفاده شود که طولی برابر عرض دریاچه دارند.

ارزیابی کارایی استفاده از پساب شهری در مدیریت مخاطرۀ بیابانزایی (مطالعۀ موردی: منطقۀ بیابانی برآباد شهرستان سبزوار)
مقولۀ توسعۀ پایدار به کاهش آثار نامطلوب توسعه در اکوسیستمها و پایداری مستمر آنها تأکید میکند. یکی از مسائل مطرح در اکوهیدرولوژی مناطق خشک، مدیریت پسابهای شهری است. یکی از ایدههایی که میتواند شرایط کاهش آثار منفی پدیدۀ بیابانزایی را فراهم آورد، استفادۀ پساب فاضلاب شهری در احیای مناطق بیابانی است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق، بررسی امکان استفاده از پساب شهر سبزوار در احیای مناطق بیابانی دروکـ برآباد سبزوار است. دربارۀ کارایی کیفیت پساب و تأثیرات آن بر اکوسیستم منطقه، کیفیت پساب با مقادیر استاندارد در بخشهای کشاورزی، تخلیه به آبهای سطحی، تغذیۀ مصنوعی، الگوی کشت، چگونگی آبیاری، دام و طیور و حیات وحش مطالعه شد. برای امکانسنجی براساس روش دلفی عوامل مؤثر امتیازدهی شدند. بهمنظور یکپارچهسازی، تحلیل اطلاعات، تصمیمگیری و پیشنهاد راهبرد متناسب با طرح، از مدل SWOT استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مجموع امتیاز نهایی کسبشده از عوامل بیرونی 992/2 و درونی 917/2 است که در نتیجه طرح مد نظر الگوی تهاجمی را به خود اختصاص میدهد. وجود نیزارها با قابلیت پالایش طبیعی، ذخیرهگاه آب در رودخانۀ کالشور و قدرت سازگاری فراوان گونههای بیابانی کشتشده در منطقه از عوامل امکان استفادۀ پساب و احیای اکوسیستم بیابانی منطقهاند.

تحلیل چندپارامترۀ آلودگی آبخوان قزوین بر مبنای نقشۀ کاربری اراضی و با استفاده از تکنیک خوشه بندی K-means
از راهکارهای اساسی برای پیشگیری افزایش آلودگی آب زیرزمینی، شناسایی مناطق بحرانی آلودهشده با توجه به نوع کاربری در آن آبخوان است. در بیشتر پژوهشهای پیشین منابع آلاینده و آلودگی آبخوان بهصورت تکپارامتری یا منحصر به یک نوع کاربری در نظر گرفته شده و تحلیل کیفی آبخوان فقط مربوط به یک آلاینده است. از اینرو، در تحقیق حاضر با بهکارگیری تکنیک خوشهبندی و با توجه به کاربری اراضی وضع موجود، نقشۀ پهنهبندی کیفی بر اساس ترکیب چند پارامتر استخراج شد. به بیان دیگر، با درنظرگرفتن سه پارامتر کیفی نیترات (NO3)، آرسنیک (As) و کل مواد جامد محلول (TDS)، بهترتیب برای سه نوع کاربری کشاورزی، صنعتی و شرب با بهکارگیری تکنیک خوشهبندی کلاسیک، پهنهبندی آلودگی آبخوان قزوین تهیه شد. تعداد خوشههای بهینه بر اساس شاخص دیویس- بولدین پنج خوشه تعیین شد. نتایج نشان میدهد با توجه به استاندارد جهانی آب شرب و درنظرگرفتن سه پارامتر منتخب، مناسبترین خوشه (C1) با مساحت 22 درصد در نواحی شمالی آبخوان بوده و به سمت نواحی مرکزی، که تمرکز فعالیتهای کشاورزی و صنایع است، آلودگی در آبخوان (خوشههای C4 و C5) با مساحت 35 درصد به عنوان نامناسبترین منطقه شناخته شده است.

تغییرپذیری معادلات سنجۀ رسوب در طول برخی رودخانه های استان های کرمانشاه، کردستان، زنجان و گیلان
بررسی ظرفیت حمل رسوب و فرایند انتقال رسوب در هیدرولیک رودخانهها و ریختشناسی آن، اهمیت ویژهای دارد. با توجه به اینکه مطالعۀ تغییرات ضرایب اصلاحی در روشهای مختلف برآورد رسوب میتواند مفید باشد، بنابراین پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور مقایسۀ تغییرات مقادیر ضرایب اصلاحی از بالادست به پاییندست رودخانههای قرهسو (کرمانشاه)، نگل و سروآباد (کردستان) و قزلاوزن (کردستان، زنجان و گیلان) با استفاده از روشهای هیدرولوژیکی LQMLE، Smearing، 1CF، 2CF، معمولی و FAO انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد از بالادست به پاییندست رودخانه، با کاهش ضریب معادله، فرسایشپذیری در حوضۀ بالادست ایستگاهها کاهش و با افزایش توان معادله، انتقال رسوب افزایش یافت. کاهش و افزایش ضریب و توان معادلات در جهت پاییندست مقاطع مختلف رودخانه میتواند بهدلیل اضافهشدن مناطق با شیب کمتر به حوضۀ بالادست است. در ایستگاههای مطالعهشده، روشهای هیدرولوژیکی استفادهشده (بهجز روش FAO) مقدار رسوب را کمتر از مقدار رسوب مشاهدهای تخمین زدند. همچنین، مقایسۀ مقادیر رسوب مشاهدهای و برآوردی نشان داد ایستگاههای پاییندست حوضه اختلاف رسوب برآورد کمتری نسبت به ایستگاههای بالادست داشت. مقایسۀ روشهای استفادهشده نشان داد در ایستگاه یساول روش FAO با خطای نسبی، کارایی مدل و شاخص توافق بهترتیب 31/4، 454/0 و 750/0، ایستگاه قرهگونی روش LQMLE با خطای نسبی و کارایی مدل و شاخص توافق بهترتیب 17/68-، 285/0 و 526/0، در ایستگاه پلدختر نیز روش LQMLE با خطای نسبی و کارایی مدل و شاخص توافق بهترتیب 41/53-، 377/0 و 647/0 و نیز روش LQMLE برای ایستگاه هیدرومتری استور بهترتیب با خطای نسبی و کارایی مدل و شاخص توافق، 53/25-، 680/0 و 874/0 مناسبترین روش تخمین رسوب ارزیابی شدند. در ایستگاههای هیدرومتری دوآب مرگ، پل کهنه و قورباغستان بهترتیب روشهای LQMLE، 2CF و LQMLE مناسبترین روش ارزیابی تخمین رسوب بودند. در ایستگاههای هیدرومتری شویشه و کوماسی نیز روش FAO بهترین روش ارزیابی تخمین رسوب بود.

ارزیابی مدل هیدرولوژیکی HEC-HMS در تخمین هیدروگراف سیل مناطق خشک و مرطوب
برای مدیریت مناسب رویدادهای طبیعی مانند سیل، استفاده از مدلهای کامپیوتری بهطور سریع در حال توسعه است و این مدلها ابزارهای ضروری برای فهم انسان از فرایندهای هیدرولوژیکی حوضۀ آبخیز و مدیریت آن هستند. در این تحقیق با هدف مدیریت مناسب سیل مناطق خشک و مرطوب کارایی مدل HEC-HMS برای شبیهسازی وقایع مختلف سیل بررسی شد. به اینمنظور سه واقعۀ سیل در حوضۀ آبخیز کسیلیان با مساحت 8/67 کیلومترمربع با اقلیم مرطوب و سه واقعۀ سیل در حوضۀ آبخیز کارده با مساحت 2/93 کیلومترمربع با اقلیم کاملاً خشک در نظر گرفته شد. دادههای هیتوگراف بارش بر پایۀ گام زمانی دقیقهای و دادههای هیدروگراف سیل مربوط به هر واقعه به مدل وارد شدند. سپس، تخمین هیدروگراف سیل بر پایۀ گام زمانی 30 دقیقهای انجام شد. آنالیز حساسیت پارامترها با استفاده از روش آزمون و خطا نشان داد پارامتر CN نسبت به سایر پارامترها حساسیت زیادی دارد و این حساسیت در منطقۀ خشک نسبت به منطقۀ مرطوب بیشتر است. نمایههای آماری ضریب همبستگی (R2)، ضریب نش- ساتکلیف (NS) و مجموع مربعات خطا (CP) بر حسب مترمکعب بر ثانیه برای ارزیابی کارایی مدل استفاده شد. مقادیر این نمایهها در حوضۀ آبخیز کسیلیان برای سیلابهای شبیهسازیشده بهترتیب بین 84/0 تا 93/0، 78/0 تا 81/0 و 13/96 تا 188 و در حوضۀ آبخیز کارده مقادیر این نمایهها بهترتیب بین 76/0 تا 89/0، 71/0 تا 75/0و 4/113 تا 7/216 بهدست آمد. نتایج نشان میدهد مدل HEC-HMS در هر دو حوضۀ آبخیز دقت مناسبی دارند و در حوضۀ آبخیز منطقۀ مرطوب نسبت به منطقۀ خشک کارایی این مدل برای مدیریت وقایع سیل نسبتاً بیشتر است.

قاعده لاضرر و حق بر محیط زیست با تأکید بر دریاچۀ ارومیه
دریاچۀ ارومیهبا وجود داشتن ویژگیهای زیستمحیطی منحصربهفرد، در نتیجۀ دخالت عوامل طبیعی و انسانی، در معرض خشکشدن قرار گرفته و بهخلاف کارکردی که میتوانست در تعدیل شرایط زیستمحیطی منطقه داشته باشد، به تهدیدی برای امنیت انسانی و نقض حقوق اساسی آنها، از جمله حق حیات، حق سلامتی، حق برخورداری از محیط زیست پاک و... تبدیل شده است. با وجود مشکلات یادشده، آنچه بررسی آن ضروری است، پرداختن به این سؤال اساسی است که چگونه میتوان از مبانی فقهی برای توجیه حق بر محیط زیست در خصوص دریاچۀ ارومیه استفاده کرد؟ کارکرد قاعدۀ لاضرر ـ به عنوان یکی از قواعد مسلّم فقهی ـ در اثبات این حق چیست؟ آیا از این قاعده میتوان برای پیشگیری و جبران ضرر نسبت به رفتار و اقدامات تهدیدکنندۀ محیط زیست استفاده کرد؟ پژوهش حاضر با درک این ضرورت، به بررسی مفهوم حق بر محیط زیست و مفهوم قاعدۀ لاضرر پرداخته و کوشیده است با بررسی ارتباط این دو مفهوم، جایگاه استدلالی قاعدۀ لاضرر در اثبات حقوق زیستمحیطی دریاچۀ ارومیه را روشن کند و از این رهگذر، به ارائۀ راهکارهایی بهمنظور حفاظت از دریاچه و تأمین حقوق زیستمحیطی پیرامون آن دست یابد.
