بررسی رد پای آب مجازی در صنعت (مطالعۀ موردی: صنایع مواد شوینده)

چکیده

کشور ایران به دلیل واقع ‏شدن در اقلیم خشک و نیمه‏خشک و همچنین، با رشد روزافزون مصارف آب در بخش‏های کشاورزی، شرب و صنعت، با خطر جدی بروز بحران آب مواجه شده است. برای مقابله با این بحران، باید نسبت به انواع مصرف آب با حساسیت بیشتری برخورد شود. بخش صنعت یکی از مصرف‏کنندگان عمدۀ منابع آب کشور است و مدیریت مصرف آب در این بخش، باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد، تا علاوه بر صرفه‏جویی در مصرف آب، نیاز آبی صنایع در آینده نیز تأمین شود. مطالعۀ حاضر، روی یکی از کارخانه‏های بزرگ تولید مواد شوینده در استان قزوین صورت گرفته است. نوعی آنالیز مرز سیستم برای یک کارخانۀ تولید مواد شوینده ارائه شده و محدودۀ محاسبات عوامل مصرف آب را مشخص کرده است. با استفاده از اطلاعات دریافت‌شده از کارخانه و محاسبات مربوط به آن، در سال 2019 مقدار رد پای آب کلی کارخانه‌ 64/26 مترمکعب بر تن محصول محاسبه ‏شده است. میزان رد پای آب مستقیم و غیرمستقیم به‌ترتیب 658/0 و 9/25 مترمکعب بر تن محصول برآورد شده است که نشان‏دهندۀ سهم زیاد تولید مواد شوینده در مصرف آب است. در پژوهش حاضر، رد پای آب خاکستری در این صنعت 5/14 مترمکعب بر تن محاسبه شده و میزان رد پای آن روی میزان رد پای آب کلی کارخانه بسیار تأثیرگذار است.
