I am an assistant professor at University of Tehran and vice-president of the Iranian Chapter of IAH. As an isotopist, groundwater geochemist, and Ecohydrologist, my research focuses on groundwater quality in both disturbed and pristine environments and also, ecohydrological process. To do so, I rely on multi-isotopic techniques (stables and radioactives) and general geochemistry and hydrogeology. I have worked on various contaminants in the last years, including carcinogenic and noncarcinogenic elements and dissolved salts.
