مدلسازی روابط غیرخطی خاک-گیاه در آبخیز زوجی شوش با رویکرد یادگیری ماشین و تحلیل عدم قطعیت

چکیده

موضوع: مدل‏سازی پویایی پوشش گیاهی در مناطق خشک با استفاده از یادگیری عمیق و داده‏های چندمنبعی
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف مدل‏سازی درصد پوشش گیاهی بر اساس ویژگی‏های خاک در دو واحد توپوگرافی تپه و دره در حوضۀ آبخیز زوجی شوش استان خوزستان با استفاده از الگوریتم‏های یادگیری ماشین و رویکردهای تفسیرپذیری و عدم قطعیت انجام شد.
روش پژوهش: پس از نمونه‏برداری از ۱۲۰ نقطه، ۹ ویژگی خاک (اسیدیته، فسفر، پتاسیم، کربن آلی، EC، آهک، رس، سیلت و شن) و درصد پوشش گیاهی اندازه‏گیری شد. سه الگوریتم جنگل تصادفی، XGBoost و گرادیان بوستینگ با اعتبارسنجی متقابل به کار رفتند. اهمیت ویژگی‏ها با شاخص‏های جینی، جایگشتی و SHAP و عدم قطعیت با روش بوت‏استرپ ارزیابی شد.
یافته‏ها: نتایج نشان داد در مدل تفکیکی برای منطقۀ دره، گرادیان بوستینگ با میانه R² برابر 0/73 عملکرد بهتری نسبت به XGBoost (0/68) و جنگل تصادفی (0/14) داشت. در مقابل، مدل یکپارچه (ترکیب تپه و دره) به دلیل ناهمگونی توپوگرافی، مقادیر R² منفی نشان داد. رس (0/245)، مادۀ آلی (0/156) و فسفر (0/130) مهم‏ترین پیش‏بین‏ کننده‌‏ها بودند. گرادیان بوستینگ بهترین پوشش عدم قطعیت (۶۰ درصد) را ارائه داد و عدم قطعیت معرفتی بر مدل‏ها غالب بود. مدل‏سازی تفکیکی بر اساس واحدهای توپوگرافی (عملکرد حدود 0/78) نسبت به مدل یکپارچه (با عملکرد منفی) برتری چشمگیری داشت. همچنین فسفر، pH و سیلت به ترتیب در ۷۵ درصد، ۵۰ درصد و ۲۵ درصد مناطق به عنوان عوامل محدودکنندۀ اولیه پوشش گیاهی شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‏گیری: این مطالعه نشان داد روابط خاک ـ گیاه در مناطق خشک غیرخطی و وابسته به ناهمگونی توپوگرافی است. فسفر عامل محدودکنندۀ اصلی در خاک‏های آهکی شناسایی شد و علی‏رغم همبستگی خطی ضعیف، رس به دلیل رابطۀ آستانه‏ای با پوشش گیاهی به مهم‏ترین پیش‏بین‏کننده تبدیل شد. غلبۀ عدم قطعیت معرفتی نشان می‏دهد بهبود مدل‏سازی مؤثرتر از افزایش دقت اندازه‏گیری است.
