ارزیابی فیزیکوشیمیایی و تحلیل مکانی کیفیت آب رودخانه‌های پارک ملی لار با رویکرد آماری چندمتغیره

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش به ارزیابی جامع کیفیت فیزیکوشیمیایی و پایش طولی آب رودخانه‌های پارک ملی لار در دو تابستان متوالی (۱۳۹۶ و ۱۳۹۷) می‌پردازد.
روش پژوهش: نمونه‌های آب از ۲۰ ایستگاه در 10 رودخانه و چشمه جمع‌آوری شد. 9 پارامتر اصلی شامل دما، اسیدیته (pH)، اکسیژن محلول (DO)، اکسیژن‌خواهی زیستی (BOD₅)، نیتروژن کل، فسفر کل، کدورت، هدایت الکتریکی (EC) و مواد جامد محلول کل (TDS) اندازه‌گیری شدند و دو شاخص مشتق‌شده (نسبت‌های BOD/DO و N/P) نیز محاسبه شد. تحلیل‌های آماری شامل همبستگی اسپیرمن، تحلیل خوشه‌بندی سلسله‌مراتبی و آزمون کروسکال ـ والیس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار R انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد کیفیت کلی آب مطلوب است (میانگین 0/27 ≥ BOD₅ و 7/32 ≤ DO میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و میانگین EC در محدودۀ ۳۴۵µS/cm  قرار داشت؛ با این‌حال، ناهمگونی طولی معنا‌داری مشاهده شد. بخش‌های پایین‌دست، به‌ویژه رودخانۀ سیاه‌پلاس، فشار انسان‌زاد شدیدی را نشان دادند؛ به ‌طوری ‌که فسفر کل در ایستگاه LNP11 در سال ۱۳۹۷ به حداکثر 0/59 میلی‌گرم در لیتر و کدورت در ایستگاه LNP12 به NTU 9/2 رسید.
نتیجه‌گیری: همبستگی منفی معنا‌داری بین ارتفاع و نیتروژن کل مشاهده شد (0/004=p، 0/45=r). علاوه بر این، آزمون کروسکال ـ والیس تفاوت‌های فضایی معنا‌داری را میان گروه‌های بالادست، میانی و پایین‌دست برای نیتروژن کل (0/001>p) و هدایت الکتریکی (0/01>p) آشکار ساخت که تأییدکننده تجمع آلاینده‌های انسان‌زاد در پایین‌دست است. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت مدیریت هدفمند و مبتنی بر منطقه‌بندی فضایی در پارک ملی لار تأکید دارد.
