اثر زمان کشت و روش‏های مختلف جمع‏آوری آب باران در استقرار گونۀ Astragalus kahiricus

چکیده

Astragalus kahiricusاز گونه‌های علوفه‌ای مرغوب است که انتشار گسترده‌ای در شمال، شمال شرق‌، مرکز و جنوب شرقی و بخش مرکزی کشور دارد. از این گیاه خوش‌خوراک به‌شدت در تمامی مراحل فنولوژیک برای چرای دام استفاده می‌شود. در مطالعۀ حاضر، تأثیر روش‌های مختلف جمع‌آوری آب باران شامل کنتور فارو، پیتینگ و هلالی آبگیر و فصل کاشت بر استقرار گونۀ A.kahiricus در منطقۀ کالمند بهادران بررسی شد. بذور با توجه به مطالعات قوۀ نامیه در آزمایشگاه خراش داده شدند. بذور خراش داده‌شده در قالب طرح آماری اسپلیت‌پلات با تیمار اصلی تاریخ کشت در پاییز و اواخر زمستان 1392 و تیمارهای فرعی روش کاشت پیتینگ، فارو، هلالی آبگیر در سه بلوک مقایسه شد. در بهار تعداد پایه‏های مستقرشده در هر کرت شمارش و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. براساس نتایج، کشت پاییزه موفق‏تر از کشت بهاره بوده است. اگرچه در تیمار هلالی آبگیر 18 درصد بذرها سبز شدند و نسبت به سایر تیمارها نتایج بهتری در سبزشدن بذور به دست آمد، به دلیل خشکسالی فقط حدود 4 درصد بذور سبزشده مستقر شدند. به طور کلی، استقرار کم بذور بیان‌کنندۀ آن است که ذخیرۀ نزولات همراه با کاشت مستقیم بذور در مراتع استان یزد با بارندگی متوسط کمتر از 100 میلی‌متر با ریسک زیادی روبه‌روست، به طوری که در سال‏های خشکسالی با بارندگی کمتر از میزان متوسط، احتمال سبزنشدن بذور یا خشک‌شدن نهال‌های کوچک مستقرشده وجود دارد. در این مناطق بهتر است روش‏های کشت نهال‏های گلدانی همراه با ذخیرۀ نزولات بررسی شود.

چکیده [English]

Astragalus kahiricus is a high quality forage species that has a wide spread in the northeast, north, center, southeast and central part of the Iran. This palatable plant is heavily grazed in all phonological stages by livestock. In this study the effect of rainwater harvesting methods including furrow, pitting and crescent pond and planting season on establishment of A. kahiricus in Kalmand bahadoran were evaluated. The seeds were scratched in vitro according to germination studies. The scratched seeds were compared as split plot design with main treatment of cultivation date in autumn and late winter 2013 and sub treatment of pitting, furrow, crescent pond in three blocks. In the spring, the number of established plant in each plot was counted and analyzed. Based on the results autumn planting been more successful than spring planting. Although 18% of the seedlings were generated in the crescent pond and there were better results than the other treatments, but only 4% of the seeds were established due to drought. Generally low seed establishment suggests that rainfall collecting with seeding in regions with average rainfall less than 100 mm encounters with a high risk. In these areas should be evaluated methods of potted seedlings combined with rainwater harvesting.
